Close your eyes and breathe deeply. Imagine your head glowing with bright white light. Then imagine your neck, chest, stomach,lower abdomin, groin, and feet individaully with the same glowing light. Then let all the light glow at once and imagine it swirling around your body. Imagine the light going into your head and slowly through the rest of your body and coming out at your feet and going back into your head in a solid fluid motion. You are now ready for a meditation excerise.
